How to Consign With Us!
Step 1 - Bring in your gently used clothing, accessories or furniture to our store anytime during store hours. We are accepting a medium sized bag, box or tote at this time.
Step 2 - Let us go through your items to make sure we get the best profit for you depending on the season and current trends!
Step 3- Your items will be out on the selling floor for 45 days and any item that sells you'll make money!
We always try to stay up to date on the current fashions and seasons. We take spring and summer clothing February 1st - July 31st. We take fall and winter clothing August 1st-January 31st
Things to Remember
Some things to remember when you being your items in to congsin is to make sure that all your consignments are clean, pressed, neatly stacked, and folded if possible. Also if possible, please do not bring items in trashbags. We also ask that all consignments are in excellent condition so we can take as many items as possible!
The consignor will be paid 45% of the selling price when the item(s) is sold. A small consignment fee will be charged to the buyer for each item, which does not reflect the consignor’s account.
As items are processed, we sometimes find flaws or markings which make them unsuitable for resale. Due to limited space, we cannot hold items so they will automatically be donated.
When you drop off your items you have the option to pick up the items we cannot use or did not sell. If you wish to retrieve any unsold merchandise, it is the consignor’s responsibility to have the items pulled by staff before the 45th day of the consignment period. Otherwise your items become the property of Refined, LLC.
Refined, LLC, is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of any items.
When we go through your items we want to make sure we can the best profit possible for you! That means we carefully go through your items to pick in season and trendy items. Please do not take offense if we cannot use some of your items. Decisions are based upon past selling experiences, space available, and current inventory.
Donation of items is preferred due to the need of merchandise in our community and country. Refined donates to many causes including, but not limited to, Ladies of Charity (Good Samaritan), World Mission (items go all over the world), The Crossing (children’s home) and many others.
